Investment options	Option: lt-nuosavas-kapitalas-500k Asset class: business capital Minimum amount: EUR 500,000 as of 2026-07-01^[3] Art. 45(1)(2-2): the company's own capital (for an entity that is not a public or private limited company, its assets) must be worth at least EUR 500 000. Unlike clause 2-1 the statute states a company balance-sheet test rather than a sum the alien must personally have invested – the alien qualifies as the company's manager. Restrictions: At least ten jobs must have been created in the company and filled full-time by citizens of Lithuania, another EU member state or an EFTA member state, or by aliens permanently resident in Lithuania, paid a monthly wage of not less than the last published calendar-year average monthly gross wage (BDU), or by aliens holding a temporary residence permit issued on the highly-qualified-work ground at art. 40(1)(4-1). The purpose of the alien's arrival must be work in that company.
