Investment options	Option: fr-talent-investissement-immobilisations Asset class: business capital Minimum amount: EUR 300,000 as of 2026-06-01^[2]^[4] CESEDA art. R. 421-35, 2°: an investment in tangible or intangible fixed assets (immobilisations corporelles ou incorporelles) on French territory of at least EUR 300,000, made or undertaken to be made. Restrictions: CESEDA art. R. 421-35 sets two cumulative conditions and a holding structure. The investment may be made personally or through a company that the applicant manages or in which the applicant holds at least 30% of the capital. Condition 1°: create or safeguard employment, or undertake to create or safeguard employment, on French territory within the four years following the investment. Condition 2°: the EUR 300,000 fixed-asset investment. Art. R. 421-36 withdraws the card if the operation or undertaking has not begun to be carried out within one year of issue, or if the funds are established to come from unlawful activities. That one-year rule is a deadline for beginning the operation, not a minimum holding period for the investment. This route is one of the three limbs of a single residence card. CESEDA art. L. 421-16 issues one multi-year card bearing the mention "talent-porteur de projet" to a foreign national in any of three situations (1° business creation, 2° innovative economic project, 3° direct economic investment), and each limb carries its own conditions in CESEDA arts. R. 421-33 to R. 421-36. The three limbs appear here as three routes because their conditions and their route families differ; they are not three separate cards.
